PDFs, images, Office documents, DWG files and text files open directly in the browser with no special software; other types download with one click.

Yes. ArchiveView uses AES-256 encryption for data at rest, TLS 1.3 for data in transit, and stores files on AWS S3, which is designed for 99.999999999% durability. We offer role-based access control, file-level permissions, MFA, secure share links with expiration, and complete audit trails. Files are stored in AWS us-east-1 (Northern Virginia); some subprocessors, such as AI providers, may process data in other regions, as described in our privacy policy.
ArchiveView uses simple flat-rate pricing with no per-user fees. Starter is $149/month (up to 10 users, 200GB storage), Professional is $499/month (up to 50 users, 1TB storage, plus drawing sets, RFIs, submittal tracking, and punch lists).
