These Terms govern your use of ArchiveView. By accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms.
ArchiveView provides cloud document storage, AI-powered analysis, OCR extraction, collaboration tools, and search functionality.
You must be 18+. You must maintain secure credentials, enable MFA, and manage user access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must not upload prohibited content (illegal, pornographic, violent, harmful, PHI, PII, export-controlled, classified, malware). No reverse engineering, scraping, unauthorized access, or competitive analysis.
You must verify AI outputs, configure permissions, ensure lawful data content, and maintain backups as needed.
Customer retains rights to uploaded Content. You grant ArchiveView a license to store and process Content to provide the Service. We may remove content violating these Terms.
If you upload logos/branding, you represent you have legal rights and indemnify ArchiveView for related claims.
Subscriptions renew automatically. Fees are non-refundable. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
AI output is provided AS IS and may be inaccurate. ArchiveView is not liable for errors, interpretations, actions taken based on AI results, or compliance consequences.
We strive for high uptime but provide no SLA. We are not responsible for outages caused by AWS, Anthropic, Textract, or other third parties.
Either party may terminate for cause. We may suspend accounts violating policies. Customer Data is deleted within 30 days after termination.
Service is provided AS IS. No warranties of any kind. AI output is not engineering, legal, or safety advice.
ArchiveView's liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months. No indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You indemnify ArchiveView for claims related to your use, your content, your branding uploads, or violations.
Delaware law governs. Disputes resolved via binding AAA arbitration except small claims.
We may update these Terms. Continued use signifies acceptance.
