Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Veloce Software Inc. d/b/a ArchiveView ("ArchiveView," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our services. By using ArchiveView, you agree to this Policy.

Information We Collect

  • Personal Information: name, email, company, credentials, billing info.
  • Customer Document Data: files, images, engineering documents, metadata, tags, annotations.
  • AI/OCR Generated Data: extracted text, classifications, summaries.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, device/browser info, access logs.
  • Usage Data: clicks, search queries, feature usage, timestamps.

Prohibited Data Types

You may NOT upload PHI, PCI, minors' data, export-controlled information (ITAR/EAR), classified documents, pornographic content, violent/abusive content, or any illegal/hazardous material. You remain responsible for ensuring document contents comply with applicable laws.

How We Use Data

Provide and maintain the service; analyze documents using AI/OCR; monitor usage; improve features; detect fraud/security issues; communicate with users.

AI Processing

ArchiveView uses automated systems (AI/OCR) to interpret document content. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You agree AI output is NOT professional advice and must be verified by you.

Legal Basis (GDPR)

Contractual necessity; legitimate interests; consent where applicable; legal obligations.

Information Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with subprocessors (AWS, Anthropic Claude, Textract, payment providers, email providers), with consent, or when required by law.

International Transfers

Data may be processed in the U.S. and other regions. Safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses apply where legally required.

Security

We use commercially reasonable measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, access controls, logging, and monitoring. No system is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data; restrict processing; and object to certain uses. Contact privacy@archiveview.com. We respond within 30 days.

Retention

We retain personal data as long as required to provide the service. Upon account deletion, we delete user data within 30 days except for legal or security-audit retention.

Cookies

We use essential, functional, and analytics cookies. You may control cookies via your browser.

Customer Responsibilities

You must secure your credentials, configure MFA, manage user permissions, control document content, and ensure compliance with laws.

Disclaimers

We are not responsible for customer misuse, incorrect AI output, prohibited document uploads, or third-party infrastructure outages.

Changes

We may update this Policy. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
